About the Role:
As an Orthopaedic Surgeon at Career Strides Consultancy, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients with various orthopaedic and musculoskeletal disorders.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and treat patients with orthopaedic and musculoskeletal disorders.
- Perform elective and emergency orthopaedic surgeries, including trauma and joint procedures.
- Conduct pre-operative evaluations and plan appropriate surgical or conservative management.
- Manage post-operative care, rehabilitation, and long-term follow-up of patients.
- Handle complex trauma cases and orthopaedic emergencies.
- Interpret radiological investigations and other diagnostic reports accurately.
- Lead and supervise residents, junior doctors, and orthopaedic staff.
