About the Role: Join Navigate Human Resources Consultants as a Sr. Resident in General Medicine in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct OPD consultations for adult patients with acute and chronic illnesses.
- Manage IPD (inpatient) cases and lead daily ward rounds.
- Diagnose and treat conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, infections, respiratory, cardiac, renal, and gastrointestinal diseases.
- Handle medical emergencies including sepsis, MI, stroke, respiratory failure, and metabolic disorders.
- Interpret investigations such as ECG, blood reports, imaging, and bedside tests.
- Initiate and manage treatment plans based on evidence-based medicine.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MD in General Medicine.
- 4 to 12 Years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in patient safety and emergency handling.
