About the Role:
Join our team as a Floor Coordinator at Grecian Super Speciality Hospital in Mohali, Punjab.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinate daily operations of the assigned hospital floor/ward.
- Facilitate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, nurses, and departments.
- Ensure timely delivery of services such as diagnostics, pharmacy, and housekeeping.
- Handle patient queries and escalate issues when required.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 1 to 5 Years of relevant work experience.
- A graduate degree.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
