What You'll Be Doing:
- Generate patient bills for OPD, IPD, diagnostics, and procedures.
- Verify charges including services, packages, consumables, and doctor fees.
- Coordinate with departments (pharmacy, lab, nursing, OT) for accurate billing inputs.
- Handle payment collections via cash, card, UPI, and online methods.
- Manage insurance/TPA processes including pre-authorization and claim submission.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- A graduate degree.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and strong patient handling skills.
