What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinate daily operations of the assigned hospital floor/ward.
- Facilitate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, nurses, and departments.
- Ensure timely delivery of services such as diagnostics, pharmacy, and housekeeping.
- Handle patient queries, concerns, and escalate issues when required.
