- Conduct internal audits, gap analysis, and quality inspections.
- Monitor patient safety indicators, infection control, and clinical outcomes.
- Collect, analyze, and report quality data and KPIs.

- Experience of 1 to 4 years in a relevant role.
- An MBA in Healthcare Management.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, coordination, and analytical skills.
