About the Role: We are looking for a Front Officer Executive to join our team at TRIVES Hospital, Chembukkav - Thrissur, Kerala. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support to our patients and visitors.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Greet and assist patients/visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle patient registration, scheduling, and billing coordination.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments for smooth patient flow.
- Handle cash transactions and issue receipts as required.
- Resolve patient queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and provides a positive first impression.
