What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage day-to-day hospital operations across OPD, IPD, and support services.
- Coordinate communication between doctors, nursing staff, and administrative teams.
- Ensure smooth patient flow, and manage admission, discharge, and billing processes.
- Monitor service quality, patient satisfaction, and turnaround times (TAT).
- Implement and maintain NABH and regulatory compliance standards.
