About the Role: Join Ayushman Hospital and Health Services as a Deputy Manager. You will manage and supervise engineering and maintenance activities in the plant.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Ensure proper functioning of equipment, utilities, and machinery.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Handle breakdown maintenance and technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and engineering standards.
- Maintain engineering documentation and reports.
- Coordinate installation and qualification of new equipment.
- Support continuous improvement and cost-effective maintenance.
- Lead process improvement and cost-control activities.
