- Ensure smooth patient flow, including admission, discharge, and billing processes.
- Monitor service quality, patient satisfaction, and turnaround times (TAT).
- Implement and maintain NABH and regulatory compliance standards.

- 8 to 10 years of experience in hospital operations.
- Proven communication, decision-making, and diagnostic skills.
- A qualification in MBBS.
