About the Role:
As a Manager On Duty, you will supervise overall hospital operations during the assigned shift.

- Ensure coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Monitor patient flow including OPD, IPD, admissions, and discharges.
- Handle patient complaints, grievances, and escalations.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and quality standards.
