About the Role:
We are looking for a Manager Account to join our team at Kalra Hospitals, Kirti Nagar - New Delhi.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve area sales targets and business objectives.
- Manage, guide, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives and Sales Executives.
- Monitor daily field activities, joint calls, and coverage plans.
- Lead, train, and monitor the performance of Medical Representatives/Sales Executives.
- Develop business strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and key clients.
- Conduct field visits, joint calls, and review meetings.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- Bachelor's degree (Graduate).
- 0 to 5 years of work experience.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
