What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing overall hospital operations including clinical, administrative, and support services.
- Developing and implementing hospital policies, procedures, and strategic plans.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, NABH standards, and legal requirements.
- Managing hospital budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A minimum of 0 to 5 years of work experience in hospital administration.
- An MBA in Hospital Administration or an MHA (Master of Hospital Administration).
- Strong communication, team management, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
