About the Role:
Join Aesthetic Artistry Pvt Ltd as an Accounts Executive and play a vital role in ensuring the financial integrity of our operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, data entry, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and supporting documents.
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts regularly.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Inter and intra-branch coordination.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stock audits.
- Investigate discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory data.
- Supervise inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards for handling inventory (pharmacy & stock).
