About the Role: Join our team as a Territory Manager at Karm Yuga Pharma, where you will play a critical role in overseeing operations across multiple PMBJK stores.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and monitor operations of assigned PMBJK stores.
- Conduct regular travel and store visits across assigned locations.
- Supervise pharmacists and store staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor sales, inventory, compliance, and store performance.
- Ensure proper maintenance of records, registers, and SOP adherence.
- Coordinate with Head Office, hospital authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit operational and performance reports.
- Support recruitment, training, and staff development activities.
