Your Core Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret prescriptions issued by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including procurement, storage, and replenishment of medicines and medical supplies.
- Conduct timely stock verification and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy, prevent shortages, identify discrepancies, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper handling, rotation, and disposal of expired or damaged medications.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
