About the Role:
Join us at Jeevan Rekha Multispeciality Hospital as a Ward Nurse, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering quality patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide bedside nursing care to admitted patients in the ward.
- Monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse, BP, and respiration regularly.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during ward rounds, examinations, and minor procedures.
- Maintain patient records, nursing notes, and proper documentation.
