About the Role:
Join our dedicated team at Medanta Hospital as a Staff Nurse/Sr. Staff Nurse in the Ward.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Monitor and record patient vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, respiration).
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed.
- Provide routine nursing care including dressing, wound care, and hygiene.
- Assist doctors during patient rounds and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and nursing notes.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- GNM/BSc Nursing qualification.
