About the Role: Join the Jeevan Rekha Multispeciality Hospital as a Labour Ward Nurse to contribute to our high-quality patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Monitor labouring mothers’ vital signs and labour progression (fetal heart rate, contractions, cervical dilation).
- Provide continuous support and care during labour and delivery.
- Assist obstetricians during normal delivery and emergency procedures (LSCS support if required).
- Administer prescribed medications and IV fluids.
- Prepare the labour room with necessary sterile instruments and equipment.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- A BSc in Nursing.
- Strong communication skills, patient care expertise, team management abilities, and effective decision-making skills.
