What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare OT for surgeries (sterilization, instruments, equipment readiness).
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
- Maintain sterile field and follow strict infection control protocols.
- Handle surgical instruments, sutures, and OT consumables.
- Monitor patient condition during surgery (vitals, anesthesia support coordination).
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- Up to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- A qualification in GNM/BSc Nursing.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork.
- Proficiency in patient monitoring and clinical assessment.
