What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide direct nursing care according to doctors’ instructions.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs including temperature and blood pressure.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during examinations and procedures.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient charts.
- Ensure proper hygiene and patient safety in the ward.
