What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide intensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Continuously monitor vital signs and patient condition.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and critical care drugs.
- Operate and monitor equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and dialysis machines (CRRT).
- Assist doctors during procedures like intubation, central line insertion, and resuscitation (CPR).
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- A BSc Nursing qualification.
- Strong communication, decision-making, emergency handling, and team coordination skills.
