About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervise and manage nursing staff across wards, ICU, OT, and emergency units.
- Ensure quality patient care and adherence to nursing protocols.
- Allocate duties, prepare duty rosters, and manage shift schedules.
- Monitor nursing performance and provide guidance and support.
- Coordinate with doctors, HODs, and hospital administration.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 5 to 7 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Relevant qualifications in GNM or BSc Nursing.
