About the Role:
Join Jeevan Rekha Multispeciality Hospital as a NICU Nurse dedicated to providing exceptional care to neonates.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide intensive care to neonates in the NICU under neonatologist supervision.
- Monitor vital signs such as heart rate, oxygen saturation, respiration, and temperature.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, antibiotics, and nutritional support including TPN and tube feeding.
- Operate and manage NICU equipment like incubators, ventilators, CPAP, and phototherapy units.
- Assist in neonatal resuscitation (NRP) and emergency procedures.
- Maintain strict infection control and aseptic techniques.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- A BSc Nursing degree.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Strong team management capabilities.
