About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Monitor and record patient vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, respiration).
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed.
- Provide routine nursing care including dressing, wound care, and hygiene.

- Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and nursing notes.
