About the Role: Join our team as a Staff Nurse - OT in Motherhood Women and Children's Hospital, Indore.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare OT for scheduled surgeries.
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during procedures.
- Ensure availability and sterility of instruments.
- Maintain surgical counts and safety checklists.
- Provide pre- and post-operative nursing care.
- Follow infection control and OT protocols.
- Maintain OT documentation and records.
- Coordinate with CSSD and nursing teams.
- Ensure patient safety and quality standards.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 1 to 3 years of work experience.
- Skills in Documentation, Good Communication, Team Coordination, and Emergency Response.
