About the Role: We are seeking a qualified OT Incharge to oversee daily operations of the Operation Theatre at Precise Eye 1 Eye Care.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily operations of the Operation Theatre (OT) and ensure smooth functioning.
• Plan and schedule surgeries in coordination with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff.
• Ensure availability and maintenance of surgical instruments, equipment, and OT supplies.
• Supervise OT staff including nurses, technicians, and support staff.
• Maintain strict infection control protocols and sterilization standards.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• 1 to 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Relevant qualifications such as BSc Nursing or a Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology.
• Leadership, communication, coordination, and team management skills.
