About the Role: As a Staff Nurse-LDR, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers during labor, delivery, and the immediate recovery phase.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs including fetal heart rate and uterine contractions.
- Assist obstetricians/gynecologists during normal and assisted deliveries (including C-sections).
- Administer prescribed medications, IV fluids, and pain management therapies.
- Prepare and maintain the LDR room with sterile instruments and required equipment.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to mothers and their families during labor.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- GNM/BSc qualification with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills in Infection Control, Multitasking, Patient Care, and Communication.
