About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing daily operations of the Operation Theatre (OT).
- Planning and scheduling surgeries in collaboration with surgeons and nursing staff.
- Ensuring the availability and maintenance of surgical instruments and supplies.
- Supervising OT staff, including nurses and technicians.
- Maintaining strict infection control protocols and sterilization standards.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience.
- Qualifications in BSc Nursing or a Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology.
- Strong communication, team management, and leadership skills.
