- Oversee daily operations of the Operation Theatre (OT) and ensure smooth functioning.
- Plan and schedule surgeries in coordination with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff.
- Ensure availability and maintenance of surgical instruments, equipment, and OT supplies.
- Supervise OT staff including nurses, technicians, and support staff.
- Maintain strict infection control protocols, sterilization standards, and aseptic techniques.
