About the Role: As a Nurse at Career Strides Consultancy, you will provide essential nursing care throughout your shift.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide direct nursing care according to doctors’ instructions and treatment plans.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures, examinations, and surgeries when required.
- Maintain accurate nursing records, patient charts, and treatment documentation.
- Ensure proper hygiene, infection control, and patient safety in the ward.
