About the Role:

- Manage and allocate duties, shifts, and responsibilities of OT nursing staff.
- Ensure availability and readiness of OT instruments, equipment, and consumables.
- Maintain strict aseptic and sterilization protocols in OT.
- Supervise surgical procedures and ensure smooth coordination among the OT team.

- 10 to 20 years of work experience.
- Relevant qualifications in Nursing (GNM/BSc/MSc).
