About the Role:
As a Jr. Consultant in Neonatology, you will be responsible for providing care to critically ill and premature newborns at Motherhood Women and Children's Hospital.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) patients.
- Perform and supervise neonatal procedures and resuscitations.
- Monitor growth, development, and vital parameters of neonates.
- Collaborate with obstetrics and pediatrics teams.
- Guide residents and junior staff in NICU practices.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Counsel parents on neonatal care and outcomes.
