About the Role: As a Sr. Resident in General Medicine, you will play a crucial role in delivering patient-centered care within our esteemed institution.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic medical conditions in OPD, IPD, and emergency settings.
- Conduct detailed patient assessments and clinical examinations, formulating effective treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress, review investigations, and modify treatment protocols as required.
- Provide comprehensive inpatient care, including admission, discharge planning, and follow-up management.
- Manage medical emergencies and coordinate timely referrals to specialty departments when necessary.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- An MD in General Medicine and excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical assessment skills.
