About the Role:
Join Om Healthcare Consultancy as a Sr. Resident in Anesthesia, where you will play a critical role in patient care and surgical outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Administer anesthesia (general, regional, local) for various surgical procedures.
- Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and assess patient fitness for surgery.
- Monitor patients during surgery (vital signs, anesthesia depth, complications).
- Manage post-operative care and pain management.
- Assist in emergency and critical care situations (ICU, trauma, resuscitation).
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A DNB in Anesthesia.
- 0 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong skills in communication, patient care, analytical thinking, and organizational expertise.
