About the Role: Join Ujala Cygnus Rainbow Hospital as the Emergency Head, leading critical patient care in our emergency department.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage the overall functioning of the emergency department.
- Ensure timely and efficient care during emergencies and trauma cases.
- Supervise medical staff including doctors, nurses, and paramedics.
- Develop and implement emergency protocols and guidelines.
- Manage critical cases and provide support in decision-making.
- Coordinate with other departments for referrals and admissions.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 0 to 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- An MD in Emergency Medicine.
- Strong critical care management and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and patient counseling capabilities.
