About the Role: As the Emergency Head, you will lead and manage the overall functioning of the emergency department at Ujala Cygnus Healthcare Services in Kanpur.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Ensure timely and efficient patient care in emergency and trauma cases.
- Supervise emergency medical staff including doctors, nurses, and paramedics.
- Develop and implement emergency protocols, policies, and clinical guidelines.
- Handle critical and life-threatening cases and support the team in decision-making.
- Coordinate with other departments for referrals, admissions, and critical care support.

- A degree in DM Emergency Medicine.
- Experience ranging from 0 to 5 years in emergency care.
- Strong skills in critical care management, diagnostic skills, and problem-solving.
