About the Role: Join Pathfinders Global Private Limited as a Sr. Resident - Orthopedic in Delhi NCR and contribute to patient care within the healthcare industry.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist and perform orthopedic surgeries (fracture fixation, joint procedures, trauma surgeries).
- Manage post-operative care and rehabilitation plans.
- Apply and manage plaster casts, splints, and traction techniques.
- Handle orthopedic emergencies in casualty and trauma settings.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Assist in teaching MBBS students, interns, and junior residents.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in orthopedics.
- A DNB in Orthopedics.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
