About the Role:
Join Pathfinders Global Private Limited as a Senior Resident in Ophthalmology, where your expertise will significantly impact patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations including visual acuity testing, slit-lamp examination, tonometry, and fundoscopy.
- Perform and assist in ophthalmic surgeries such as cataract surgeries, minor procedures, and laser treatments (as per training level).
- Manage patients in OPD, IPD, and emergency ophthalmology services.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care for surgical patients.
- Prescribe medications, spectacles, and treatment plans.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A degree in MD Ophthalmology.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, decision-making abilities, and patient counseling skills.
