What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients in ICU settings.
- Manage life-threatening conditions such as respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, and multi-organ dysfunction.
- Perform critical procedures including intubation, ventilator management, and central line insertion.
- Continuously monitor patient vital signs and clinical condition.
- Develop and implement individualized critical care treatment plans.

- 0 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
