About the Role: Join our esteemed team as a Sr. Resident-Orthopedic at SSPM Medical College & Lifetime Hospital.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide advanced orthopedic care to patients with musculoskeletal injuries and disorders.
- Assist consultants in orthopedic surgeries, including trauma and joint replacement procedures.
- Conduct detailed clinical assessments, review patient histories, and interpret diagnostic imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT).
- Supervise and mentor junior residents and interns in orthopedic care.
- Participate in ward rounds and surgical planning meetings.
- Monitor post-operative patients and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DNB Orthopedic qualification.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong skills in patient care, decision-making, and communication.
