What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist ophthalmologists in conducting eye examinations and diagnostic tests.
- Perform visual acuity testing, refraction, tonometry, and color vision assessment.
- Operate ophthalmic equipment such as slit lamps, autorefractors, OCT, and fundus cameras.
- Prepare patients for procedures and clearly explain test processes.
- Capture high-quality ocular images and maintain accurate patient records.
- Support minor ophthalmic procedures and ensure proper sterilization of instruments.
- Maintain and troubleshoot ophthalmic instruments for optimal performance.
