What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare the operation theatre for surgeries, ensuring sterility and readiness of all instruments and equipment.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and the surgical team during procedures.
- Arrange and handle surgical instruments properly during operations.
- Maintain strict aseptic and infection control protocols.
- Prepare patients for surgery and verify their details and consent.
- Monitor patient conditions during surgery in coordination with the anesthetist.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A degree in GNM/BSc.
- 1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Strong decision-making, critical care, attention to detail, and communication skills.
