About the Role: Join our team as an OT Staff Nurse at Arihant Multispeciality Hospital in Nagpur, where you will play a pivotal role in patient care in the operating theatre.
What You'll Be Doing: You will prepare the operation theatre for surgeries, ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterile. Assist surgeons and the surgical team throughout procedures, arrange surgical instruments, and maintain strict aseptic protocols. Monitor patient condition during surgery in coordination with the anesthetist.
Our Ideal Candidate Has: A diploma or degree in nursing (GNM/BSc) with experience ranging from 0 to 5 years, strong decision-making skills, critical care knowledge, and excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
