About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients.
- Monitor vital signs, oxygen levels, neurological status, and fluid balance.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and nutrition as prescribed.
- Operate PICU equipment such as ventilators and cardiac monitors.
- Assist in emergency procedures like CPR and resuscitation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
