About the Role: Join Medanta Hospital as a Sr. Clinical Associate/Clinical Associate in Critical Care, where you'll be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional care to critically ill patients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients in ICU settings.
- Provide advanced life support including ventilator management, intubation, and resuscitation.
- Monitor vital parameters and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Manage patients with conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, cardiac emergencies, multi-organ failure, and trauma.
- Perform invasive procedures like central line insertion, arterial line placement, and chest tube insertion (if trained).
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- Extensive experience ranging from 1 to 15 years in critical care.
- Strong skills in patient management, emergency handling, and interpersonal communication.
