- Provide accurate and timely diagnostic reports.
- Supervise laboratory technicians and ensure quality control.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory standards and accreditation (NABL/NABH).
- Maintain laboratory records and documentation.
- Participate in clinical discussions and case reviews with doctors.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- Relevant work experience of 3 to 8 years in pathology.
- An MD in Pathology.
- Strong communication skills and diagnostic skills.
