About the Role:
Join Max Super Speciality Hospital, Patparganj - New Delhi as an Attending/Associate Consultant-OT. This role is integral to delivering high-quality healthcare services.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and deliver anesthesia services for elective and emergency surgeries.
- Conduct pre-anesthetic check-ups and formulate anesthesia plans.
- Manage ICU, post-operative care, and pain management services.
- Teach and train undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Supervise residents and faculty members.
- Participate in academic activities, CMEs, seminars, and conferences.
- Guide and conduct research, thesis, and publications.
- Ensure compliance with NMC, NABH, and institutional standards.
- Contribute to departmental development and quality improvement initiatives.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A DNB/MD qualification.
- 5 to 7 years of work experience.
- Leadership, attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
