About the Role:
Join us as a Glaucoma Surgeon at Indira Gandhi Eye Hospital & Research Centre (IGEHRC) in Gurugram, Haryana.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care.
- Counsel patients on disease progression and lifelong management.
- Manage chronic glaucoma cases with long-term follow-up.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports.
- Follow strict infection control and surgical protocols.
- Coordinate with the ophthalmology team and support staff.
- Participate in research and academic activities.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with a specialty in Ophthalmology.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
- A commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
