About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage surgical complications (dry eye, regression, infection).
- Counsel patients regarding procedures, risks, and expected outcomes.
- Use and manage laser systems and ophthalmic equipment.
- Maintain accurate clinical and surgical documentation.
- Follow strict surgical safety and infection control protocols.
- Coordinate with optometrists and the ophthalmology team.
- Stay updated with the latest refractive surgery technologies.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant surgical experience.
- Strong coordination and decision-making skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.
